Our recruitment process

  1. After sending us your CV, our department responsible for the indicated recruitment will contact you within 2 weeks. It will be faster if perfect match!
  2. The first conversation will be remote in order to verify your motivation to work with us and to initially check your competences.
  3. The second conversation at our headquarters with the immediate supervisor. During this interview, we will be more inquisitive about your skills.
  4. Then, after the time indicated by us, you will receive feedback from us, a phone call or an e-mail informing you whether we are starting cooperation.

In connection with the introduction of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”), we need your consent for further processing of your personal data. Your personal data will be used by the Administrator only for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for the position for which you submit application documents. Your personal data may also be used by the Administrator for the purposes of subsequent recruitments, which will take place until the expiry of the period indicated below, during which personal data will remain at the disposal of the Administrator.

The recruitment process will last 24 months from the date of its announcement.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data: name(s) and surname, parents’ names, date of birth, place of residence (correspondence address), education, employment history – is provided by art. 221 § 1 of the Labor Code. The legal basis for the processing of other personal data provided by you will be your consent to the processing of personal data.

 

Personal data provided by you for the purposes of the recruitment procedure will be made available only to persons directly involved with the Administrator in the recruitment process.

The personal data provided by you will be at the disposal of the Administrator for the duration of the recruitment process, after which they will be permanently deleted.

At any time, you have the right to access your personal data and rectify, delete, limit their processing, the right to transfer data, the right to raise objections and the right to withdraw previously expressed consent to the processing of personal data. Withdrawn consent at any time does not affect the lawfulness of data processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority when you feel that the processing of your personal data within the scope of this consent violates the provisions of the Regulation.

Providing your personal data for recruitment purposes is voluntary, however, failure to provide your personal data to the Administrator will result in your candidacy not being considered in the recruitment process.
